Minimum deposit $125 per person, due 6/2/242nd payment $125 per person due 1/22/25. You must have $250 per person on deposit in order to choose your room.FINAL DUE 3/23/25 Group air from BWI on Southwest will be added in December 2024. At that time a $50 per person airfare deposit will be due from those who want the group air. The schedule and cost will be added to this webpage.

Passport must be valid until Dec 30 2025. If you don't have a valid passport you must travel with an ORIGINAL birth certificate and a photo ID.
