Each person sharing a room must complete a separate form. $250 of the deposit is non-refundable. The CIE Tours’ Plan permits you to cancel your trip up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure for a specified reason for cash reimbursement and up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure for any reason not otherwise specified for reimbursement in the form of travel vouchers. The plan also protects you and your belongings while on your trip.

Best Connection Travel (BCT) acts solely as agent for the supplier's used in connection with this package. As agent (BCT's) sole financial liability is limited to the amount of commissions paid by suppliers for making your reservations. BCT is not responsible or liable for breach of contract or any other intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers which result in delays, missed connections, cancellations, losses, damages. or additional expenses owing to change in advertised schedules or change in any service or accommodation, or any other causes beyond our control. n the event the services and accommodations set forth on this flyer cannot be supplied because of delays or other causes, BCT will use its best efforts, provided we have received notice of the delay or disruption, to arrange for comparable services and accommodations. Best Connection Travel charges a $50 per person change/cancellation fee in addition to any supplier cancellation fees.
