Reservation Notes
Hotel
Room prices include off-site tours. Rooms will not be held without a $175 per person deposit, due by February 15. $75 per person of deposit is non-refundable. 2nd payment of 50% per person is due by June 15. Final payment is due August 15, 2025. Additional nights are available. Prices include a one year Club Med membership fee of $60 per person. If you have stayed (or will stay) at a Club Med since Sept 17, 2024, this fee will be waived.
Airport/Resort Transportation
Not Included in the price above. This will be added to your reservations when we have everyone's flight information and see who can share a transfer with other members of your group.
Tours
Events listed in the itinerary are included in the hotel price. Roundtrip motorcoach transportation is included for all offsite tours. Off-site tours provided by Coming Morocco.
Optional Tour
Sept 20 at 10am, Quad ATV riding $46. A bus will take the group to the Agafay Desert to ride and is included in the price.
Airfare
Not included. Airfare must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless 10 or more people are flying on the same schedule. If arranging your own airfare, please arrive by 2pm on September 17. Please forward a copy to Best Connection so we can arrange your transfers.
Trip Insurance
Insurance is available that will reimburse your cancellation penalties should you have to cancel for a covered reason. It also covers missed connection expenses and emergency medical while traveling. Trip insurance through Best Connection is available for US residents only. The insurance cost is based on your age and the cost of your trip. Choose your insurance option below and Ruby will follow up with a quote.
Cancellation
From date of deposit to June 14 $75 per person penalty
June 15 to July 14, 25% of room charge plus $75.
July 15 to August 3, 50% of room charge plus $75.
After August 3, 100% non-refundable
